Scanning, Archiving and Imaging Services
Overflowing records storage room? We have the solution! Convert paper documents into electronic images. The images are exact electronic copies of a paper document. Once scanned into images, the documents can be integrated into a computer network accessed by multiple users. Documents that are scheduled to be archived can be imaged to CDs, DVDs, optical disks, or safely stored on a server with a user-defined destruction date. Disaster Recovery Plans
A majority of companies today, large and small, don’t have an adequate plan for the recovery of critical documents. These documents are susceptible to all forms of loss or destruction.
